Ingredients
- 2 cups of Wellmix Coquitos Sofruco
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 2 cups of water
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Toast the coconuts in a double-bottom pot, where the preparation will be done, stirring constantly. Add the sugar together with the water and stir until dissolved. When it starts to boil, stir without stopping until the water evaporates and the coquitos and solid sugar remain.
Turn off the heat and keep stirring until you get the desired result.
